Introducing Vexera

We're Vexera, a small team based in Denmark. We've spent the past six months building an autonomous security research platform, and we're now ready to start talking about it.

The World Has Changed

The security landscape shifted beneath everyone's feet over the past year.

AI hasn't just made defenders more capable; it's actually made attackers more capable too, and by a significant margin, and it's getting scary. Operations that once required large and well-funded teams of experienced hackers can now be orchestrated almost entirely by AI, with human operators only stepping in at a handful of decision points. Attackers who previously lacked the technical skill for sophisticated campaigns now have access to tools that close that gap, and it's happening beyond the speed companies are able to match.

This isn't just a hypothetical. We've already seen AI-driven espionage campaigns targeting tech companies, financial institutions, and government agencies, campaigns where the AI performed 80-90% of the work autonomously. The barrier to running sophisticated attacks has dropped, and it's continuing to drop.

We believe defense needs to evolve at the same pace. That's a big part of why we built Vexera.

What We Do

Vexera performs deep security research against your applications, your source code, your live systems, or both. We find the subtle, high-impact vulnerabilities that live deep in application logic, the kind that require genuinely understanding how an application works to uncover.

All your finding comes with evidence: what we found, where, why it matters, and how confident we are. And when we don't find something, we're transparent about what we looked at and what we couldn't reach.

Why We Built This

Security research is a craft. The best of it has always come from people who deeply understand how software works, not just what vulnerability classes exist, but how they hide inside real applications, behind real frameworks, inside real logic.

We wanted to build something that brings that depth to more teams. Not because it didn't exist before, but because the world now demands it at a scale and pace that wasn't necessary even a year ago.

It took us six months of focused work on research architecture, engineering, and a lot of iteration on what reasoning about real applications actually looks like in practice. We're proud of where we've landed, and honest about how much further we want to take it.

Made in the EU

We're a Danish company, and we built Vexera with European data privacy values at the core of Vexera.

Your source code stays within the EU. We have contractual zero-training agreements with every AI provider we use; your code is never used to train models. We're finalizing Zero Data Retention agreements with the remaining of the providers, and we won't onboard any provider that can't meet that standard.

Source code is some of the most sensitive data a company has. We treat it that way.

Where We Are

We're in our pre-launch stage. Vexera is running and finding real vulnerabilities, and we're working with a small group of early companies to learn and improve.

If you're a team that cares about security depth and wants to be part of that early group, or just want to learn more, we'd love to hear from you!
