Terms of Service
Last updated: February 1, 2026 · Vexera ApS
Authorized Use Only
You may use Vexera only to test systems you own or systems for which you have explicit written permission to test.
You must not scan or attempt to access any third-party systems without authorization. If you are unsure, do not proceed.
All testing must remain within the agreed Scope and Rules of Engagement (RoE).
Scope Lock, Safety, and Emergency Stop
Scopes are treated as hard boundaries. Out-of-scope targets must not be tested.
Vexera may pause or stop a scan if we detect instability, risk of harm, or scope ambiguity.
Customer must provide an emergency contact path for production testing.
Accounts and Security
You are responsible for keeping credentials secure and limiting access to authorized personnel.
We may require MFA for administrative access.
Administrative and billing actions are logged for audit and security purposes.
Data Handling (High-Risk)
Scan evidence can contain sensitive information depending on target systems. We minimize collection and retain evidence only as needed.
Do not provide secrets or sensitive personal data unless explicitly required for authorized testing and agreed in writing.
No Guarantee
Security testing cannot guarantee that all vulnerabilities will be found or that systems are secure.
Reports reflect results observed during the engagement window and within scope constraints.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend access if we reasonably believe use is unauthorized, illegal, or violates scope/RoE.
We may suspend access for overdue payments where applicable and permitted by agreement/law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Danish law. Venue: Copenhagen courts, unless otherwise agreed in an MSA/SOW.
